Birthday: Link theme

For my younger son's birthday I created a Link themed quest surprise party. (For the unaware, Link is from the Legend of Zelda games by Nintendo.) We hosted it at the local park, and my son had no idea it was going to happen. After we arrived they had a series of quests to perform including a scavenger hunt, playing a game of cricket, and popping balloons. All the kids had a blast! I created a lot of printable materials and will share all that I did for any to use.

Note: All the pictures and documents are in different places so I will add them in stages and will keep an update of what I add.

Here is the birthday card I designed for him. He  had recently been obsessed with cute kitten videos and pictures on the internet so decided to implement that into the Link theme.

I created this banner/sign to show where the party would be. I bought a poster board from the Dollar Store and printed the pictures on individual 8 1/2 x 11 pages. (My son was turning 9 so note the 9 hearts!)
